Entrepreneurship Simulation

          Interface Computer College students showcased their knowledge, creativity, talent and skills in the Entrepreneurship Simulation under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Antonio S. Agapito II last September 23, 2016 at Interface Computer College Manila.

         With the objective of creating quality outputs and maintaining high standards of work, students of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Two-Year Hotel and Restaurant Services prepared, facilitated, organized and executed the simulation activity through various kitchen and bar exercises.

          To equip students with the knowledge and to develop their skills, Total Quality Management students were tasked to cook and present menu with a twist, or the so-called “Secret Recipe”.  Using different cooking methods and techniques, the participants were creative in including coffee flavorings in their main course recipes. The faculty and staff of Interface Computer College evaluated the students’ performance and final outputs.

         Through the collaborative efforts from the TQM and marketing classes, the activity was a successful one. The participants were Denmark Manuel, Abegail Manching, Yousuf Ho, Marwill Vertudez, Mark Anthony Villaflores, Sean Kyle Lorico, Khristine Pertez, Kimberly Ann Fernando, Ivy Marie Cantos, Jose Abales III, JerryCris Ang, Joseph Magsakay, Kisses Aguilar and Brian Dale Sikat.

           In these types of activities, the training and skills development is of utmost importance that would prepare them for their future endeavors in their chosen field of specialization.
