Iloilo Campus First Aid Training

The Bureau of Fire-Emergency Medical Service Team of Region VI conducted the First-Aid Training in our institution last July 25-26, 2019. Our students both in college and Senior High School Department were given training on different BLS-CPR technologies and first aid. They also received orientation on the how to transfer injured person to safe areas. They took part in the acquiring the best practices and policies on providing safety services and programs in their families and communities as well.

Also, they were also trained and given updates on the Guidelines on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in accordance to the guidelines formulated by International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), which is being followed by organizations that provide resuscitation services worldwide.

Our students were enlightened and grateful of the experiences they have acquired from the training. Most of them hoped that there will be more training with regards to safety and survival so they will become equipped in case some emergency situations would come.
