Interface Computer College, Iloilo branch, marked a significant milestone in its history by holding its 2nd Pinning and Candle Light Ceremony on September 6, 2024, at Sta. Teresita Parish Prayer Center. This symbolic event was a proud moment for the students, faculty, and parents, as it celebrated the commitment of aspiring professionals in various fields of study.
The ceremony commenced with the entrance of the students, who were dressed in their formal attire, symbolizing their transition from academic training to real-world professional practice. The Pinning Ceremony is a time-honored tradition in various fields symbolizing the students' readiness to serve in their chosen profession.
The guest speaker for the event, a prominent figure in the field of BS in Management, delivered an inspiring message about perseverance, ethics, and the impact these future professionals will have on the community. Faculty members also expressed their pride and confidence in the students, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence in their chosen careers.
During the event, the students were pinned by their parents and assisted by their instructors, which was followed by the lighting of candles. The Candle Light Ceremony signifies the passing of knowledge and the responsibility that each student bears as they move forward into their careers. This solemn tradition also highlights the importance of compassion, dedication, and service.
