Physical Education Culminating Activity 2024

Zumba, an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by latin dance. Zumba fitness offers many benefits, including boosting your heart health, working out your whole body, burning calories and fats, gaining confidence and having fun. During the 8th day of November 2024, the Interface Computer College presented a Zumba fitness Program featuring students of ICC.
ICC students recently showcased their vibrant energy and dance skills through a zumba performance, led by Physical Education instructor Mr. Ronnel Ollosa, that was held at Interface Computer College. The students embraced and displayed their dancing skills, as seen on their choreography, steps and groove throughout the performance. The performers are enjoying the event because laughter was evident in their smiles and excitement was clear on their faces as they entered the dance floor. The crowd loved the performance. They cheered and clapped, making the performers even more excited to dance.
The success of the Zumba fitness program at ICC reinforced the idea that working out doesn’t have to be solitary or routine, it can be a shared experience full of joy, movement, and laughter. It was a reminder that physical health and academic achievement can and should go hand in hand. Before the program ended Mr. Ollosa delivered his speech thanking the students for participating in the event and leaving a quote that said "As we grow academically, we also need to ensure our healthy body."
